Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NeoMailX email client application (“the App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

User Policy

Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date registration details.
• If using the App on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• We encourage enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for additional security.

Acceptable Use

• You must not use the App for spam, phishing, fraud, or other unlawful purposes.
• You must not interfere with or disrupt the App, servers, or networks.
• You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• You must not violate the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights.

Misuse of the App may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

Support and Maintenance

• Issues may be reported through in-app support channels or via email at support@360mailx.com.
• Regular updates will be provided to improve functionality, security, and performance.
• Major updates will include release notes and user documentation.

Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data, including data from Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, AOL, Exchange, and other providers.

Security

Authentication

• Passwords must meet complexity requirements (minimum 8 characters, mix of letters, numbers, and symbols).
• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is encouraged for all users.

Incident Management

• Any security breaches will be investigated promptly.
• Affected users will be notified in accordance with legal requirements.

Compliance

• We comply with applicable laws and regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM Act.
• We strive to meet WCAG 2.1 standards for accessibility.

Marketing & Communication

• The App does not display intrusive ads.
• Promotional emails or notifications will only be sent with user consent.
• Any updates to these Terms or the Privacy Policy will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

Termination

Voluntary Termination

• You may delete your account at any time.
• Upon termination, all associated data will be permanently deleted within 90 days, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Involuntary Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you engage in malicious, fraudulent, or unlawful activity, or violate these Terms.

Review & Updates

These Terms will be reviewed annually and may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
