- When you choose to connect an email account (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, AOL, Exchange, or other providers), the application may access:
- Your email address and account profile information (name, avatar, etc.).
- Email message headers, content, and metadata (only as required to display, send, and manage emails within the app).
- Calendar or contacts data (only if you grant explicit permission for such features).
Data Usage
- Email account data is used exclusively to deliver core app functionality, including:
- Sending, receiving, and managing email messages.
- Synchronizing contacts and calendars (if the user enables these features).
- Providing a unified inbox and a personalized user experience.
- Google user data from Gmail, as well as data from other supported email providers, is never sold or used for advertising or marketing purposes.
- User data may be shared only with trusted service partners as necessary to operate and improve the app (e.g., email delivery, secure storage, or customer support). Such partners are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
Data Storage and Security
- All user data, including email content and account information, is encrypted in transit (using TLS/SSL) and at rest.
- Passwords and authentication tokens are stored securely and never shared.
